Information we collect

When you fill out a form, start a chat, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. We also collect basic analytics about site visits (pages viewed, referring site, approximate device type) tied to an anonymous visitor identifier stored in a cookie, so we can understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, follow up about our services, and improve the site. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Cookies & local storage

Your theme (light/dark) and language preference are saved in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leave your device. Separately, we set one cookie — an anonymous visitor identifier — used for analytics and to reconnect you to an existing chat conversation.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to run parts of this site: email, WhatsApp, and Telegram to receive and respond to enquiries, and — on our AI demo page — Google, OpenAI, and/or Anthropic to generate answers to questions you type in. A question you ask the demo is sent to whichever provider is answering it, solely to generate that reply; we don't store the question text itself, only an anonymous count of how many questions you've asked.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing [email protected].
